About TestLark

TestLark is a library of personality tests with a simple editorial promise: every test on this site is built on a real model, written in plain language, and honest about its own limits. The internet is full of quizzes that invent a score, flatter you with it, and lock the explanation behind a paywall. We built the opposite.

The library starts with the frameworks that have earned their place: the Big Five, measured with the public-domain IPIP item pool that personality researchers themselves use; the four temperaments, the classical model behind a hundred modern imitations; the dark triad constructs, measured with original items and careful framing; and a mental age test that is openly, transparently a piece of well-built fun. New tests join the library a couple at a time, each with the full written guides you will find attached to every result here.

TestLark is run by The Design PK (Private) Limited, a design and web studio in Lahore, Pakistan, as part of its family of independent information and tool websites. The studio builds the engine, writes the questions and guides, and maintains the methodology page that documents every source we use.

Two commitments shape everything here. The first is privacy: your answers are scored in your browser and never leave your device — there is no account because there is nothing to attach one to. The second is framing: these tests are mirrors for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not diagnoses, and we will never dress them up as such.
